AI Education, Built Around Real Work
Knowing what to ask AI is useful. Knowing when not to trust the answer is a professional skill. We teach your leaders, teams and specialists to use AI well in their own work, and award AI Education badges on completion, so your people and your organisation can show what has been learned.
The Challenge
AI is already at work in your organisation. Some of it is the tool you chose. Some of it is a personal account on someone’s phone. Some people trust every answer it gives; others won’t go near it. Few have been shown how to use it well in their own job.
Generic courses tick a box, but they rarely change what people do on a Monday morning. And when your board, your clients or your own people ask what your organisation knows about AI, it’s hard to give a straight answer.
There’s a regulatory side too, and it’s a sensible one. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has asked organisations within its scope that build or use AI systems to take measures so that their staff, and others using AI on their behalf, have a sufficient level of AI literacy, taking account of their role, their experience and the context the AI is used in. It doesn’t ask for a certificate. It asks for learning that fits the people and the work.
What We Do
We start with what your people actually do, teach on real tasks with the tools you already have or have approved, and check that the learning has stuck before anyone earns a badge. If the real problem is an unclear rule or a tool that doesn’t fit, we’ll tell you. More training won’t fix that.
1. Find the Learning Needs
- Conversations and short baseline exercises by role, to see how people use AI today, personal accounts included
- Where confidence is high, where it’s misplaced and where people are holding back
- Your policies, approved tools and data rules, so the learning matches how you work
2. Design the Programme by Audience
- A track for each audience: leaders, HR or business teams, and specialists
- Modules chosen for what each group needs to know, do and decide
- Your rules built into every track: approved tools, sensitive data, and when to check with someone
3. Learn by Doing
- Practice labs on approved tasks from people’s own work, using non-personal or approved material
- Checking sources, handling sensitive data, spotting weak or wrong output, fairness and judgement
- A one-page guide for each role: what you can use AI for, what to check first, and what you must not do
4. Assess Completion
- Practical assessment on a real task, with feedback, so completion reflects what people can do rather than whether they attended
- Judgement assessed as well as skill: knowing when to stop, check or escalate
- Feedback and another attempt for anyone who needs it, and a follow-up practice review once people are back at work
5. Award the Badges
- An AI Education badge for each person who completes their track
- A badge record for the organisation: who has completed what, by audience
- Recommendations for what to teach next, and for anything training alone won’t fix
A Track for Every Audience
Each audience has its own track, built on the same rules, so everyone learns what their role needs.
Leaders
What AI can and can’t do for your organisation, where it carries risk, the questions to ask before you approve a use, and how to lead your people through the change.
HR and Business Teams
Using approved AI tools well in everyday work: asking clearly, checking the output, keeping sensitive data out, and knowing when to stop and ask someone.
Specialists
For the people who choose, configure, govern or champion AI: assessing tools and suppliers, testing output for errors and unfair outcomes, recording decisions and supporting colleagues.
Your Rules in Every Track
Approved tools, sensitive data and who to ask are part of every track, so the learning and your AI policy reinforce each other.
AI Education Badges
Every AI Education programme ends in badges. They’re awarded on completion, so your people and your organisation can show what has been learned.
Earned on Completion
A badge is awarded when someone completes their track, including a practical assessment on a real task. Turning up alone doesn’t earn one.
Clear About What It Shows
Each badge names the track, the topics it covers and when it was earned, so anyone who sees it knows what the holder has learned.
Something People Can Show
Each person can show their badge as a record of what they have learned about using AI well and responsibly in their work.
Evidence for the Organisation
A badge record shows who has completed which track, by audience. It helps you show your board, your clients and your auditors what your people have learned about AI, including in support of your AI literacy responsibilities.
What You Get
A programme your people can use, and the evidence to show what they’ve learned:
- Learning needs summary, by audience
- An AI Education programme: tracks, modules and the order to run them
- Practice labs on approved tasks from your own work
- A one-page guide for each role: can, check first, must not
- Practical assessment with feedback for every learner
- AI Education badges for everyone who completes, and a badge record for the organisation
- A summary report with recommendations for what comes next
Ideal For
- Organisations where people already use AI, with uneven confidence and no shared standard
- Leadership teams who want to understand AI well enough to lead and govern it
- HR and learning teams building AI skills across the organisation
- Organisations that want to show what their people have learned about AI, to their board, clients or regulators
